You know that little sporting event called the Super Bowl? The one that 166 million people tuned into this year? It certainly turned our fair city of Indianapolis into a zoo for a couple of weeks. But it was very exciting to see the city transformed.
We took our kids down to the circle and Georgia Street to see all the action on family day. Unfortunately, it was super cold that day. We did okay out in the cold while Hannah was asleep and protected from the wind in her stroller, but it was a shorter day than I would have liked. Nonetheless, Moira had a good time and remembered where she had been later on in the week when she saw the city on TV.

Alan and I also managed to spend some time on our own exploring the Super Bowl Village and the NFL Experience. A highlight for me was catching Alan on ESPN's Sports Center in the crowd.
My cousin Marty came in from St. Louis to experience the Super Bowl festivities, and we managed to catch one photo at home of him and Alan with the kids. It was a lot of fun to have him and his friend spend the weekend with us!
